Firstly - the following conditions must be met to accept the return of incense wood products:
1- To return any product, it must be returned in its original condition without damage, tampering, or replacement.
2- Returns are accepted within a maximum of 3 days from the date of receipt, and returns are not accepted after that.
3- You must contact customer service to coordinate the return of the products.
4- The return cost will be borne by the customer.
5- The returned item will be checked to ensure its condition before its value is returned to the customer.
6- After inspecting the returned item, the customer will be contacted to coordinate the refund.
7- Do not use more than 1 gram of incense to weigh an ounce.
8- Do not use more than 3 grams of incense weighing 125 grams or more.
Second - Conditions for returning oud oil
1- The oud must be re-oiled in its original condition. If the package has been opened and used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
The above mentioned refund period applies to them.
Third - All products
1- Return and exchange is allowed only once within three days from the date of receipt.
The shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
2- Do not use or open the product.
3- The customer has the right to return the product within the specified period after opening it in the event of a clear defect such as a manufacturing defect.
