Take two tablespoons of frankincense, wash it with water to remove the dust, and put it in a small bottle of water.

Then shake well and soak for 8 to 12 hours. The next morning, filter the water and drink it on an empty stomach.

It is not necessary to drink the entire amount at once. It can be divided into morning and evening.

You can drink the amount for a whole day only and soak new gum for the next day.
